Luke has been a custom home builder since 1999 and started Shows Construction in 2002. As a Florida Certified Building Contractor he holds the license for the company. Luke previously served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer and Bombardier/Navigator on the A-6 Intruder aircraft. Luke finished his 10 year military service as an instructor at the NROTC Unit at Auburn University. While working at Auburn he earned a degree in Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Construction Management.
Luke and his team take significant pride in building the best custom homes possible. Through his leadership and commitment to excellence they are each able to dedicate the time and energy necessary to achieve the best results.
Joelle joined Luke her husband in the business in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant. While working primarily behind the scenes her efforts are invaluable to the smooth operation of Shows Construction. With a degree in business Joelle is well suited for ensuring the financial integrity of the company is maintained. Besides administrative duties Joelle helps with the marketing efforts of the company.
John held extensive construction, management and leadership experience when he joined Shows Construction in 2015. As a 30+ year U.S.Navy veteran, Master Chief Branigan understands service with very high standards. Prior to his military service John completed vocational school in Carpentry and Home Construction and worked for his father’s homebuilding company in Connecticut for several years.
As our Project Manager, John’s duties are primarily in the field ensuring project details and standards are achieved. John’s infectious personality and “can do” attitude draw people to him to help solve issues and to achieve best results.
Jeff joined the Shows Construction team in May of 2022 and has used his extensive work experience in project management to improve professionalism and efficiency within our company. He has a Masters Degree in Sports Management from Ohio State University and over 20 years of facilities management experience in collegiate athletics and recreation. Jeff enjoys working with our vendors and clients and possess the strong desire and willingness needed to ensure excellence is achieved.
As our Operations Manager, Jeff is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functions of Shows Construction are working to provide quality construction and professional customer service to our clients and vendors. It is a position that encompasses both administrative and in the field oversight and coordination. Jeff has proven to be the perfect fit for our team and does an excellent job of keeping our projects and systems running smoothly.
